We are only as good as our employees! That's why we're particularly pleased that we were awarded the company health promotion seal of quality for the first time at the end of February. We are now officially one of those companies for which appreciation and health care for their employees are their top priority.
As part of company health promotion (BGF), we were able to officially create a working environment last year that promotes and improves both the physical and psychological well-being of our employees in the long term. For the successful implementation of individual measures to improve the health of our team, we were officially awarded the BGF seal of approval at the ORF regional studio in Salzburg at the end of February. This is valid until 2026 and will be extended to a further three years as the measures are further developed.
Clear your head for what’s important
Specifically, as part of our individual company health promotion, we have moved all meetings to Mondays wherever possible in order to have the rest of the week free to focus on the essentials. We also have new and ergonomic work options that allow our team to be productive while sitting or standing, alone or in a group.
Sporty through everyday work
However, we place the greatest emphasis on sport – not only in our daily work, but also as a beneficial form of relaxation. We set a sporty tone in our everyday work routine with weekly runs and yoga sessions and take part in various company runs and triathlons with full motivation. And because we can't help it, we go skiing together every chance we get.
